Weight loss promotion.
Recently, Fast Fun Fitness held a member testimonial promotion. We narrowed
it down to 8 “winners” who will be featured on the website,
in corporate brochures, and/or in marketing campaigns and newsletters.
All the testimonies we received were amazing. A lot of members have seen
some tremendous results, are looking great, and are having a lot of fun reaching
their goals. We congratulate each of the members who have achieved so much
in their journey to healthy living.

Shannon’s Testimony
I never thought I would see my old figure again. I was about to lose hope.
I tried many diets and gyms, and failed, until the day I walked into Fast Fun Fitness. I have never experienced a gym as wonderful as Fast Fun Fitness! So
far I have lost 61 pounds and 37.75 inches. The staff is unlike any ordinary
gym. They give me constant support and encouragement. And they pay particular
attention to my heart rate as I go through my workout. I look forward to
my workout everyday. It’s fun and easy, and it relieves my stress.
I have more energy and can do things I never could do before. I’ve
never felt so healthy and great about myself! Fast Fun Fitness has changed my
life in so many ways. I can definitely say that I am a member for life!

| Fast Fun Fitness! Fitness Center in Urbana , Ohio has won an International Award for Weight Loss.
Fast Fun Fitness! Urbana competed in the International Health, Racquet, Sportsclub
Association's "I Lost It at the Club" Weight Loss Challenge.
Over 650 clubs in all 50 states and 10 countries signed up for the challenge.
Fast Fun Fitness! Urbana placed 2nd in the competition. "Our clients
are the biggest losers!" joked Robin Henry, Co-Owner
of Fast Fun Fitness! "We would like to thank all of our clients who participated." They
lost an average of 12.6 pounds in 8 weeks.
Thanks to IHRSA and Life Fitness for sponsoring the challenge, and Fast Fun Fitness!
Fitness Ltd. Co. for providing us with equipment and training to help us
achieve success. "We love being able to listen to our customers
and offer them what they want without having to worry about franchise restrictions."
Fast Fun Fitness! Urbana has a large circuit with 18 pieces of Fast Fun Fitness! hydraulic
equipment, 14 recovery boards, 2 re-bounders, and 2 steps. The prize for
winning the weight loss challenge is a Life Fitness Elliptical Cross Trainer.
Fast Fun Fitness! Urbana offers circuit classes and weight loss classes. "We
offer co-ed hours in the evening and we offer a children's room for families
who want to work out together. Our club has been open since May, 2004" said Jill

Well I made it. I am going home now for the day. Tomorrow my husband and I are going to disassemble the treadmill and haul it up the stairs to the mezzanine.
We have signed 84 ladies so far and have 14 appointments booked for Monday and Tuesday next week. We have exceeded my expectations by far so needless to say I am very pleased. It's great to see the groups of ladies coming in now that they have completed their first workouts and they are having fun while EXERCISING! One senior has really surprised me. I really wondered when she signed if she really realized what she was in for....she has been here EVERY morning since. I think she will fast become one of my favorite members.

"ItFigures better than Curves!"
Helllo Ladies, I fell in love so much with my Curves location that I wanted
to buy one. However, after doing much research . . . like equipment . .
. franchise fees . . . limitations. I have chosen to go with Fast Fun Fitness!

"Opening in Seabrook, TX"
Abbra,
Thanks so much for sending Erin to us for our Grand Opening. She was
a pleasure and joy to work with and taught us a great deal. We have
been able to implement much of what she taught us and are having a really
successful ratio of signups this week. Without her help, we would not have had such good success this week. Please pass this on to her and keep her going to openings.

"Club Opening by Bruce Ludwig"
Opening day was a big hit. The mayor of the town did a ribbon cutting in the early morning, and people just poured in after that. Everyone had a blast, and loved it so much they all signed up. By the end of the day we had either sat down or made an appointment for 96% of the people that came in. Of the people we sat down with we signed up 91%, with 95% of them signing on the best membership plan! We ended with 22 new members and many more to come!
